Every candidate passes a practical AI exam before we shortlist them. One person who works with AI properly produces what the role used to need two people for.
03. Compliance
As a registered tax or BAS agent, the TPB Code of Professional Conduct and APES 305 mean you must disclose to clients when their work is handled offshore, and keep their consent on file. By default your hire sits with a licensed employer of record in the Philippines, so you carry no Fair Work exposure. We draft the client-disclosure letter for you.
Read the plain-English explainerYes, if it is structured properly, and structure is the whole game. Default: your hire is employed by a licensed Philippine employer of record, which removes the contractor question entirely. Direct contracting remains available with law-firm documents and your written acknowledgment. The full explainer is on the compliance page.
Managed devices available via the employer of record, 2FA and password-manager policies standard, NDA in every contract, police clearance sighted for every candidate. Accounting firms: we prepare the client-disclosure wording your TPB obligations require.
Yes, if you are a registered agent. Your TPB and APES 305 obligations mean the arrangement is disclosed and consent is kept on file. We give you the disclosure letter to send. [PLACEHOLDER for real claim.]
Two protections. Days 1 to 90: miss the plan we agreed and we replace them free or refund the $4,500 balance. Months 1 to 6: if they resign or stop performing, the replacement search is free.
Salary of roughly AU$16,000 to 26,000 paid to the person, our $5,000 fee once, and if you use the employer of record, its fee of roughly AU$300 to 600 a month. Year one, all in: about $26,000 to $38,000 for a full-time professional. A comparable Sydney hire is $85,000 to $105,000.
$500 refundable deposit to start a search. Refund or replacement if it does not work. The risk is ours. That is the point.
